With a balanced business portfolio of automotive and industrial components and five manufacturing sites in India, including three in Pune and two in Belagavi, SFS Group India is well positioned to serve its customers’ needs. Our precision manufacturing capabilities cover the following: Precision Machining (Soft and Hard Turning, Turn Mills, Grinding, Honing, Laser Marking and Assembly), Complex Cold Forming (Tool Design Technology) and Blind Riveting.
Our world class infrastructure includes a state-of-the-art metrology lab with ultra-precision capabilities, heat treatment facility, metallurgy lab, clean
room for assembly and camera vision inspection systems. Furthermore, all our plants in India are integrated through SAP and video conferencing facilities.
Commitment to the environment is a high priority for us at SFS Group India. Our green initiatives include the use of solar energy, daylight harvesting and HVLS air circulation.
The strong logistics solution that we provide to domestic and global markets is just one of the many reasons that make us a supplier of choice for our customers. We are excited by the spectrum of possibilities offered by Industry 4.0 and are implementing various IoT initiatives towards this.
All equipment, layouts and processes have been designed with safety in mind. Our uniforms, aprons, safety goggles and equipment are compulsory in the workplace.
However, in the unlikely event of any outbreak, we do have state-of-the-art fire fighting equipment. We also have an on call doctor and an emergency vehicle with a driver available 24 hours.
Employees are also brought to work in a bus and dropped off after work, so fatigue due to travel is minimized.
